Abstract Submission
We invite researchers, academics, and students to contribute to the AERIS-2026 scientific program by submitting abstracts of their original work. This is a unique opportunity to present your latest findings in Atmosphere, Space, Environmental Sciences, and Materials to a diverse audience of peers and experts. Submissions are welcome for both oral and poster presentations, providing a platform to share your insights, receive valuable feedback, and foster new collaborations. Your research is vital to the success of our symposium, and we eagerly anticipate your contributions. Please review the detailed submission guidelines and key deadlines before submitting your work.
Guidelines
Format and Length : Abstracts must be written in English and strictly limited to 300 words. The document should be formatted for A4 paper using Times New Roman font (size 12) with single line spacing and standard margins.
Page Layout and Limit : Please use the provided template and do not alter the existing line spacing or page margins. The entire abstract, including title, authors, and affiliations, must not exceed one single page.
Figures and Tables: Submissions must not include any figures or tables.
Submission Process: All abstracts must be submitted in PDF or .docx format exclusively through the online submission portal on our website. The firm deadline for submission is December 26, 2025
